Olivia Pink, PMP

Olivia has extensive experience delivering consultancy and advisory services to public and private sector clients on large-scale infrastructure and building projects throughout Canada and internationally. With a strong technical background in environmental sciences, Olivia has advised on the environmental risks and key considerations for a variety of projects, including undertaking climate change resilience assessments, environmental, social and governance due diligence services, environmental audits, and leading environmental approvals for developments. She has performed reviews of project agreements, environmental assessments, and environmental management systems, as well as developed tender documentation, including PPP/P3 bids. Olivia has lead stakeholder management activities for a variety of projects, including liaising between public entities and project developers, conducting market sounding activities, and undertaking public outreach and consultations.
