About Arun: Arun Gowtham is a Reliability Engineering expert with 12+ years of experience helping organizations across 7 industries improve System Reliability and Asset Uptime. His distinctive approach integrates Design thinking with Maintenance optimization, to strategically align reliability initiatives with limited resources. By moving beyond failure mitigation, he helps organizations leverage reliability as a driver of Operational Excellence and competitive advantage.

He is currently Senior Advisor of Asset Management at GHD. He serves as the president of PEMAC GTA Chapter and was Education Chair for SRE Ottawa.
