The company was founded in 2014 to develop a novel and unique Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition (HCCI) rotary engine. The Research & Development activities resulted in two provisional patent applications, and US Patent Number 9,435,257 was finally granted in September 2016! Since then we have also been granted US Patent Number 11,505,054 on our proprietary clutch mechanism for parallel hybrid propulsion. This innovative technology allows to use one electric machine to start a combustion engine, recharge the battery, and reverse the motion with the engine off or idle! We are now leveraging the acquired know-how and expertise to serve other businesses with our specialized professional services.
